Performance as a culture is a challenging concept! We can provide you with reliable support along the entire project value chain with our extensive expertise and our ability to implement our known-how pragmatically and efficiently into workable solutions.

It is, for example not sufficient simply to have professional know-how and knowledge of the respective field for cross-border transactions between the EU and the CIS. Knowledge of the business culture of the respective country and the existence of appropriate contacts is a MUST! This twin qualification is a matter of course for FCM. And this enables us to understand both sides.

Most of our staff have spoken and written command of at least one more east European language, in addition to German and English.

They also have appropriate, usually business management (twin) training both in a CIS state and in Germany as well as considerable practical experience and extensive business contacts.
