With sound specialist knowledge and the ability to translate this knowledge pragmatically and efficiently into manageable solutions, we support you reliably along the entire project value chain. Especially for transactions in the CIS region, it is not enough to just have technical know-how and industry knowledge. Knowledge of the business culture of the respective country and the existence of appropriate contacts is a MUST! This dual qualification is the rule at FCM. This gives us the opportunity to understand both sides. In addition to German and English, most of our employees are fluent in at least one other Eastern European language, both written and spoken. In addition, they have appropriate (dual) training, mainly in business administration, both in their home country and in Germany, as well as solid practical experience and extensive business contacts.
