The company value not only provides a basis for decision-making, but also has a mediation and argumentation function.

Valuation occasions for which we are active:

• Transactions (M & A)
• Restructuring
• Company valuation of individual assets (according to IFRS and HGB)
• Valuation-relevant analyses & planning

Depending on the respective order, we are active in the following functions:

• as a consultant for companies and private individuals
• as a consultant for the management and control bodies of companies on value-oriented issues

We carry out the company valuation according to generally accepted business valuation methods. In addition, the values ​​determined in this way are checked for plausibility using market-oriented rough calculations (industry-related multiples).

We take into account the provisions of the IDW S1 standard for conducting a company valuation developed by the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW).
