What is inventory financing
With inventory financing, you have the option of financing your average inventory with up to 60 percent of the purchase price at standard bank conditions or better. The equivalent value of your inventory is used as collateral. Inventory financing is often offered as a supplement to factoring and is therefore an excellent addition to your credit lines at the bank.
